After a year. ..
After a year of using, and accidentally abusing. (oh yes it stayed in a bush through a cold MI winter) still was not only still in very decent condition. The only reason I found it is because it still had its very shiny coat. I plan to get another one, maybe in d2 but Idk if there is a need. I have tried 4 other gladius, gladii? w/e. Honshu is by far my favorite. In fact if I could pick up the whole honshu line I would. I have the gladius, the parang machete, and the kukri thus far and plan to grab a couple others.. Still If I could only get one of the honshu products I think it would be the gladius. I haven't tried the war-sword or the sabre yet so hoorah for the future (when funding allows). I am curious if I got somewhat of a reverse lemon. The balance is beautiful, the blade retains an edge through punishment. The sheath is umm a sheath. Just get it this is more reviewing than I like.
