I really loved the spikes and it’s great that is not metal! It feels really sturdy and has a great weight. Haven’t really tested it but I am pretty sure it will hold some abuse. This doesn’t feel like a trainer and can inflict damage on someone easily. Spikes aren’t sharp which is great imo too. I am quite happy with the overall product and for the price!
