This is a very good little pocket knife, very good quality. Makes for a good EDC knife.

Great Gentleman's Knife
Knife is very well made (in USA). The company has been in business since 1906. Price and quality very similar to a comparable Buck knife. Real rosewood handles and polished brass ends. Knife is razor sharp from factory and will shave the hair on you arm. Small and lightweight enough to forget you have it in your pocket. Much heavier though than the plastic handled knives. Quality construction.

Nice knife however...
Everything about this knife says quality at a reasonable price point. However, the blade centering is awful. I know it can't be fixed but as it is riveted but com'on. The blade wasn't touching the liner but you couldn't even see a gap in between the blade and the liner. Get your quality control together. Schrade did when they were an American company.
