Small Chef's Knife

I purchased this knife to use cooking when camping but it is so pleasant to use that it has found its way into the kitchen at home. Everything about this knife works. The blade shape and thickness profile, edge holding ability and ease of sharpening (diamond hones). I couldn't be happier.

extremely handy

The size is perfect for pure utility. Large enough for moderate jobs, vegetables, etc, but small enough for easy handling. Anyone uncomfortable with large knives, will find this to be unintimidating. Stainless retains excellent corrosins resistance and the rosewood stands water well and is attractive. Only drawback is that it is not forged to the handle and food may get stuck where the hell of the blade enters the handle.
