Victorinox Forschner 7-1/2" Chef's Knife, Rosewood Handles

I bought one of this knife over 15 years ago while i was in the states..this is the best knife i own and i have over 50 knives.. unfortunately some one was careless and snapped the blade in half.. i just received another knife and its the only knife i use now.. it so light weight your hand does not hurt after hours of cutting. i highly recommend people to buy this knife...

Great Knife!

Works great, stays sharp and easy to sharpen. Handle is a great height away from the cutting board and easy to use for long periods of time.

Butter

My first dabble into a kitchen knife that costs some $$. We're Vegetarian so just after a safe bet and a nimble workhorse knife. My hope was to not be disappointed. I have so far been extremely impressed. I've not sharpened it and it goes through carrots a little like butter. My wife thought she had started chopping a rotten carrot it was so smooth. I think that the thin blade stock accounts for a lot of the performance. love it so far
