Great Knife!!!

We use the knife during BBQ cook-offs and it slices the brisket and ribs perfectly. No complaints!!

Forschener/Swiss Army Carving Knife

Nice finish with rosewood handles and sharp. Used to replace a German carving knife. Used for carving turkey and prime rib roasts only.
