A diamond of a hunting knife !

I purchased this knife in hopes that it could be used as a deer field dressing hunting knife. I was concerned that it would be too small but when it came today from KnifeCenter, perfection! The blade, handle, feel, balance are all top notch and was sharp as a razor right out of the box. I also purchased from KnifeCenter their SH206 Black Leather Sheath for 4" Blade to go along with this knife and ... well ... I've got myself a high quality Swiss made hunting knife in a USA made beautiful leather sheath for a door buster price! Oh, and a pack of free cleaning cloths for free ! How sweet is that ? Real sweet ! Thanks KnifeCenter, excellent selection at great prices, rock on!

These knives are great assets in our taxidermy shop. Nice handle and very good steel.

Excellent

Excellent 4in. Boning knife! That blade length is the most useful for most of the knife work that I do. I find that I can use it with equal aplomb dressing a hog or slicing a bagel. My only regret is that it no longed says Forschner on the blade!
