Typical Forschner performance!!
I use this knife daily in my kitchen at home. As with all of the Forschner knives in this collection, it is unsurpassed in value for the money. These knives come razor sharp and hold a great edge and their utility in the kitchen easily rivals that of more expensive knives. Hand washing is a bit of a danger since they shouldn't go in the dishwasher, but like all my quality cutlery, I don't mind taking care of it to make it last. I would recommend this knife and the whole collection to anyone.
