I love good knives and have found Forschner to be the best most consistently of several brands i have experience with. I have nothing else now. A great balance of cost and quality. I prefer the wood handle but only for aesthetics, it is the same knife and doesn't change the quality.

Good Knife

We use these Victorinox Forschner knives mostly for fish cleaning. It is a family tradition and members would feel left out if they did not have a Forschner. They are good quality and sharpen well.
