Pros: Usability, Functionality, Material Quality, Stitching
Cons: None
Solid protection at a reasonable price
Unfortunately, I used the wrong cutting technique when my Forschner glove was in the wash and nearly cut the tip of my finger off. Yeah, I know...quite stupid of me. I should have been resting the knife blade against my knuckles, with my fingers curled back...just like professional chefs. Alas, I didn't...but even if I had bad technique and was wearing the Forschner glove, my fingers would be a lot more protected and I wouldn't be bandaged up as I type. This glove has cut resistant threads that protect against slicing cuts. Definitely a good thing when dicing vegetables or making more strenuous cuts.
