Quality Control Varies!

I bought my second Henry as I lost my first one. My first one had amazing walk and talk, great snap, great deep nail nick that felt great to use. Overall amazing. This one I bought recently... the spring is gritty, makes a scraping sound, and doesn't snap nearly as well. The nail nick is shallow and slips off my finger all the time. The grind of the blade cuts off the WESN logo. All the satisfaction of using it is gone. It's disappointing.
