Fantastic

I used this recently for several kitchen knives and I'm amazed. I also have the Precision Pro Adjust Elite and while that might give you a more precise edge, I was able to knock out 6 kitchen knives in five minutes. It's so fast. I will admit, it's intimidating to use, but videos online really help.
