I just got this, about 3 hours ago. I am impressed! This was not my first choice. I didn't know what a 'Work Tuff Nomad' Field knife was, until last week. I saw a review on one, on YouTube. I went straight to The Knife Center and they had 2 in stock. They had a Stonewash Blade and a Spatter Gloss Blade one, both in stock. Immediately I put the Stonewash in the cart in anticipation of purchasing it Monday. Over the weekend I went back to find it "Out of Stock." I had never seen a Splatter Blade knife ever. Everything in the description was definitely Beast Mode, so I took a chance. This Field Knife is as beautiful as it is robust! Jackpot!!! This tool is fantastic. Beautiful Micarta handle, .25 Blade thickness, oversize finger chole, outstanding belly on the Blade and I never expected the Blade to be absolutely beautiful and awesomely sharp at the same time. This Splatter Blade is truly amazing. It looks like a permanently glossy wet blade. If that makes sense. Who cares? It works! Your eyes and hands tell you immediately, this works! I'm a lanyard guy and this comes with one, to attach however you wish. It also comes with a ferro rod and kyedex sheath. This is the 7 inch fix blade. There is a 10 inch blade one in several configurations but, you guessed it, out of stock. The Splatter Blade is the only configuration left so, jump on what's left. You won't be disappointed!
