Great knife and hair poppin sharp!
I use this knife for dressing small game (poultry and fish) Handle ergos are spot on Blade geometry is perfect to keep a hair popping edge Heat treat is spot on knife take a long time to dull I wish the stock was a little thicker but that’s not a knock it’s just preference

Comfortable but not perfect
I bought this knife for field dressing and deboning elk. First the positives: 1) the handle is incredibly comfortable, 2) the bladestock thickness is great for slicing, 3) the blade shape is excellent with a deep belly and a finger stop of sorts, 4) the thumb ramp is a great idea, 5) the scallops at the front of the handle are good for a pinch grip and detail work. Now the bad: 1) the blade is dull. I tried to strop it, but no luck. I’ll have to take the sharpener to it. The edge is very inconsistent. It looks like a new employee or intern tried to sharpen this knife. 2) The blade should have a sharpening choil. 3) The thumb ramp is a great idea, but the edges are way too sharp and thus uncomfortable. I’m going to have to knock down the edges. I watched several reviews of Work Tuff knives and all praised the company’s fit and finish. My knife is not perfect and so I wonder if I just got a lemon or the reviewers were biased.
