Pretty disappointed for a $270 knife
Purchased the knife and on receipt inspected it. The entire sharpening choil area and on to the ‘beak’ of the forward guard is clearly unfinished. Very rough compared to the rest of the metal work. Whilst it is only in one area, it is still very disappointing for a $270 knife. A knife that should not have left the factory. I am being generous giving a knife of this cost and reputation (the reason I bought it over competitor's) 3 stars. Only because I realize this is a sample of one. I would have given the knife 5 stars otherwise. If it was a sub $50 knife, in the condition it was received, I would think it was still poor quality control. Soon see what the WRK warranty or Knife Center return is like. But with international postage for return, it will soon be a very expensive knife. Unfortunately I wasted my $50 store credit on this purchase.
