Excellent knife

This knife is very nice. It is an low end forged knife. But for a household chef I see no reason to buy a better knife. I think the quality difference between this knife and the next level say $200+ would only be known by a person who uses a knife 40 hours a week. Excellent value!

Excellent Knife!!!

Absolutely love this knife for chopping onions, cutting any food, and even slicing the paper thin slices of tomatoes! Well weighted, easy to handle even if you have small hands. The best investment I have ever made and my only regret is that I did not do it years ago! Very sharp, be mindful when using, cleaning and storing.

Classic as the name says

Slicing, mincing and cutting will never be the same for those who have the Wusthof Classic 8" Cook's knife. Sharp, balanced and beautiful look make the knife a superb item for the kitchen. Maybe a bit heavy for those who work long hours, but not a problem for the home cook. Something to pass to your son.

Amazing quality and company

I bought for my son for Christmas with the guard. The knife is superior and the price was the same or less than other sites. The communication was very good and it arrived quickly. I would order from Knife Center again.
