Our most used knife
We've used this shape from Wüsthof since they came out. Now all the women in my immediate family own one of these. It's light, thin, sharp, the right size and shape for so many daily chopping/slicing tasks. I've had many of the other top German and Japanese brands and knife shapes. This one in mandatory in our kitchen along with a 9" Chef Knife and a good few pairing knives.
