One great knife
I bought this 7” craftsman because it looked as though I could use it for multiple tasks. It came out of the box razor sharp, good weight and solid. I do like that it does not have the bolster coming all the way to the edge. It seems like I reach for this knife all the time, chopping veggies, slicing meat, boning and carving it does it all.
