Steak knives did not fit.

I received a set of gourmet Wusthoff steak knives as a gift. I needed a block and this looked like it fit the bill. Well...it did not fit at all. The knife blades are too wide for the slots. I chose not to send it back and just used it for some old knives, but it was disappointing that there is no sizing on the description of the block.
