This is a very simple and inexpensive knife that’s perfect for the lunchbox, or out to dinner. It’s basic stainless, but I was able to sharpen it to an impressive edge.

Very sharp. Kind of stiff. I oiled it and it slipped out of my hand and sliced my finger. "Gentleman's Knife", if your name is Guido. Italian. Love it.

I own many good and expensive knifes. This knife is good to be used as gentleman knife. Slim, lightweight, scandi grind edge, strong blade and an tip, sharp. Slip joint lock strong enough to be safe. good feel and control in hand.
