it’s the household kitchen favorite go to slicey thin stainless monster. perhaps the very best deal on all of knife center. ❤️❤️❤️. also a great small bait knife that doesn’t make u depressed if u drop it the water. i don’t know if they can be sharpened , but the tiny serrations and super thin blade geometry hasn’t required sharpening yet for probably six months or more. at $3 a pop who cares? i’d give it 6 stars if i could. note of caution though: if you’re use to dull knives you need to be careful. if u have soft skin and bump the blade inadvertently you will bleed
