Even a Blind Ball Finds a Squirrel
I have had this for about a year, but I haven't used it. A few days ago, the tree rats were frolicking excessively on the lawn. I pulled this out in an attempt to discourage them. The first two shots were off so badly that they didn't realize that they were in mortal danger. The third shot hit one broadside and it fell over like a sack of potatoes dropped from the top of a semi. I walked up with my Kasper Crawford Dragon. It was stilled breathing, but unmoving. I finished it off and tried to decide if I was going to fry or stew it. I don't know if I was more impressed with the sling shot or my shooting. I highly recommend this.

Enjoyed the tiny ammo it came with then jumped up to larger stainless steel ball bearings... Outstanding! At 25 yards I’m down to hitting an eight inch circle. At 20 yards or less it gets very accurate... Plan on customizing it with upgraded bands eventually, still having fun!

Nice SS, but....
Nice compact "pinch" style slingshot. Ok power for 1/4" steel ammo. Easy to tune tubes to your draw length. Quick, no tools needed to tune or replace the tubes. Just pull the tubes toward the target side and massage out the BBs. Price point is ok, but not a great value. Same MSRP as the Oculus Axiom, but limited to trough the fork(TTF) and use of tubes only. Thinking based on the fork tip shape it would be difficult to tie on bands for TTF or over the top(OTT) shooting. Couple issues. Stock length of tubes are fine for someone who's draw length is ~30". If shorter to maximize power you need to "tune" the tubes to the proper length. Latex is max at ~500%. ie., 30" draw = relaxed tubes at ~6". When tuning discovered the tubes were not of even length. Symmetry is an absolute for accurate shooting. 2nd niggle. The bands were mounted backwards. The "fuzzy" side of the pocket should be the side that holds the ammo. Smooth side is finger side. 3 stars for the above issues. Not sure about durability. Only couple hundred shot fired. Don't see any replacement tubes available here at kc. Google simpleshotslingshots if in need of replacement tubes, pouches and other stuff.
