I can't believe how much knife I just got for the price. I would have been happy with this knife at MSRP. At the price I paid here, I am ecstatic with it. It's extremely well built and comfortable. I'm actually a fan of the smaller flipper tab. I generally don't like flipper knives because I don't like the large protruding tabs. This tab is very small and inconspicuous, but also easy to open. Right now it is sitting next to my Para 3. It takes up less space (When closed, it's roughly the same size and shape as just the Para 3 handles.) but has almost a full extra inch of blade. It's a little goofy in the right pocket given the sharp curve, and the direction that it sits. I wish the clip were reversible. I would almost rather have it clipped for lefty, but kept in my right pocket in order to keep the curve swept forward. What can yu do?
I don’t usually go for curved blades but this knife is great. Light and folds up small with a flipper that stays out of the way but I never have an issue using. My hands are larger than average but I can just get all four fingers on it with my pinky on the reverse flat edge at the bottom. This is my go to for a simple elegant dress up knife with a very sharp 20cv blade that glides through EDC tasks. Lastly the lock is small but gets the job done.
Quality, slim, small knife, but the blade doesn't feels like small at all. Definitely need some getting used to open it, just make sure your fingers not pressing the frame lock. Everything else just the usual ZT quality as expected.
A beautiful knife. The curvature of the blade is great for general use
Titanium, CPM 20CV. Great for an EDC(which are not purely defensive but was inteded as a rugged general use utilty blade). Countless boxes cut, the great quality steel was enough to sculpt a flute out of some oak on the outer dimensions, used a drill press to start. Used this knife almost daily for over a year and half and it's still very sharp... If you start trying to cut on materials (outside the range of an EDC) then you obviously won't get the most out of it. KnifeCenter has a great price on this as I almost paid retail for mine. The tension on the pocket clip is still strong after almost two years of use.
too bad a knife this expensive shows so little attention to function and form. the flipper is so small as to put it immediately out of consideratrion for def use. a bit more thought would have made it an excellent def use knife. this is the problem buying on line, yiiu find out when you are holding it and the card has been charged.
