Another Great Review
Most frequent use:--- Cutting up cardboard boxes for recycling. Otherwise I use it for every little thing like cutting string/cord, cutting up plastic bottles, string/cord, opening envelopes and every little thing. This knife does it all. What sets it apart:--- Hinderer design uses studs against the handle scales for lockup in the open position The "stop" pin touches the blade only in the closed position. Not only is this a stronger arrangement but should last practically forever. The blade design works great for puncturing and slicing. When the 0562ti becomes available, I will snap one up !

I’ve had the 0563Ti in the rotation for about 7 months now. I couldn’t be happier. It’s a big knife, but with the deep carry clip it’s surprisingly discrete in the pocket. The ergonomics feel more akin to a fixed blade in my opinion, super comfortable to hold. I love the 20CV, the edge retention in phenomenal. It’s the queen of the pocket in my collection.

A Powerhouse Worth Every Penny
Like most knife guys, I start to squirm once one is priced over $300, but once I got it in my hands I had no regrets. This is an absolute beast! The titanium frame lock is built like a tank with the overtravel stop and frame screws in T8 instead of the flimsy T6. Pocket clip is substantial, and reversible (a selling point bonus for a lefty like me), and despite its weight and size, still feels natural in the hands. The blade, though large, is still insanely slicey, between the shape and cutting geometry it hones down to a razors edge. While it might not sport fancier locking mechanisms like the Demko Sharklock or Snex Superlock, the ZT 562TI is an amazing showcase of functional elegance. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a one and done knife that is beefy enough for hard use while slicey enough for more delicate work.

A truly beautiful knife
I think I got the last one of these from the last series. When it came, it was very stiff and I wasn`t sure if it was for me. Deer season was about to start so I just decided to start working it until it broke in. Sure glad I did. At hunting camp, it ended up helping to clean 4 deer from field to freezer, and still did not need to be sharpened. It has become wonderfully smooth, and you can tell that this is a lifetime knife. I have carried it every day since it arrived and probably will continue to do so. Because of my intent to keep it forever, last week I installed some Taco ceramic bearings. It may be a little bit smoother, but mainly it will be protected from long term wear to the scales. This thing just feels good in my hands, both on the couch and in the field. I have operated it maybe 5K times and have noticed that the oil no longer gets dirty between cleanings, so it must be broke in now. I highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a beautiful but tough mid-sized knife that they intend to actually use.

Purchased ( 4/25/24 ) just last week, and received this past Monday. As usual the transaction thru Knife Center was seamless. I am a bit disappointed with the ZT packaging ( box, knife loosely inside in bubble wrap sleeve unsecured with the usual manufacturer paperwork) and that was it. The knife itself is another story however. I purchased this 0562Ti to replace an original assisted 0566cf which has a loose and rattling spring bar which still deploys nicely but is difficult to close ( just deassisted it ). Compared to the 0566 this new 0562ti is more impressive especially in this all Ti version. It’s a bit bigger overall, including both the blade and handle individually. OTB the blade is razor sharp and deploys with an authoritative crack after a slight pull on the flipper tab. It also closes easily and once past the detent the blade just drops closed. The new Hinderer slicer grind looks great and works even better. The 3.5 inch 20cv blade is a bit longer, wider, and thicker than the 0566’s. The ergonomics are great making your hand sit comfortably in just right position. As with any Hinderer designed knife this one is made to last, be used comfortably and be a workhorse. It will hopefully become an heirloom to be passed down.

The 0562 to get.
I own the original ZT0562 with the G10 face scale and the knife checked a lot of the boxes for what I wanted to added to my collection. An American Made, Titanium frame lock flipper, using a super steel and designed my Rick Hinderer. Short or buying an XM-18 you aren't going to find anything closer. The TI version of the knife is excellent making an excellent design better by just simplifying it. It stands next to some of the classic Titanium Frame Lock knives like the Chris Reeve Sebenza and the Spartan Harsey Folder and makes it a compelling buy. The handle is comfortable, the action from the KVT Bearing is perfect and the slicer grind on the drop point profile is efficient. This is an excellent EDC that can put a lot of hard work in.

Better than expected
Been eyeing zero tolerance since I saw one years back by the lock picking lawyer. $300 is a splurge for a pocket knife but my wife talked me into it, must be doing something right. Great quality, love the blade sharpness and titanium handles. Looks rugged but also refined. Just perfect.

Only knife I will keep
If I have to keep only one knife, I will keep this one. It is best knife I have ever owned. The pure titanium construction of handles, the great quality of blade material, the way it opens, the feel on my hand.... are just perfect. I use it everyday for 2 years now. Because of the deep pocket clip conceals the knife very well, no trouble with others or law reinforcement personals is really good. I have not sharpened the knife once even I have used it everyday for small everyday job like opening cardboard boxes to big occasional task like chopping firewoods. Perfection. It is THE best knife ever.

Incredible knife ... but
Definitely a fabulous knife and already one of my favorites. However, the fly in the ointment for me was the factory edge. I don't know if they had a hiccup with their setup or what but upon close examination, you could see may fine groves in the bevel of the edge. It took me quite a while to work them out (due to the hardness of the blade) and when I did get them out, I had a beautiful, polished edge and a much better cutting knife. I would still highly recommend this knife.

Iconic work and carry knife
Well balanced knife with great look and utility, Don’t baby this one, despite cost. Built to be used. Ultra smooth action! A dab of mineral oil brings out the nice green on micarta with no greasy feel. I own 2. Titanium and now micarta. Probably the heaviest knife I’d carry everyday, worth it, to know you have a workhorse and not a letter opener.

Love this knife. Own a 562cf and love it but never been a fan of carbon fiber. Was considering aftermarket scales but this solid ti was my perfect choice. Perfect edc, anything more would be too pretty.

Absolutely Amazing...
The 0562TI is simply Amazing. The flipper design is very crisp and the titanium handles add that finished elegance one expects from a ZT knife. This is the most money I've spent on a knife, but I like it because it's built like a tank! Ergonomics are good. Top-quality blade steel. I highly recommend this knife.
