What I consider my first "high end" knife purchase

Most of the folders I have had in the past were in the 20.00 - 60.00 range. Your run of the mill SOG, Gerber, Columbia River Knife and Tool, Kershaw. All decent knifes that got the job done and you wouldn't lose sleep if you lost or damaged it. I'm ex SF 18B so I tended to abuse my knifes and didn't want a really expensive knife for those duties. I recently lost my SOG, I saw this knife and the sale price. I wasn't sure about the blade design. the design was different but attractive at the same time. The blade is extremely sharp, fit, finish and build are tank like. No wiggle in the blade. Opens like a switch blade. My wife thought it was one from the way it snapped open. The handle grips well in the hand. The clip takes a star bit to move. so I had to buy some (that was the only con for me). I use it as a EDC and last line of defense. I cut cordage and boxes at work. still sharp after a month of use. One of my Ranger buddies at work commented on the wicked look of it. My only concern... is that when it does need to be sharpened that it will be difficult due to the Sv30 steel. Beautiful knife, built to last!! If it ever comes down to using this knife in a lethal force scenario, I feel sorry for the victim. The blade design is such that it will cut through everything and open one up wide! blade is short enough to retain strength for stabbing as well. Great price! Great buy! If you want a 170.00 knife (that's worth the price) you can't pass up the 100.00 sale price!

Excellent knife

Purchased this model after hearing about ZT knife quality. Opens quickly and material, fit, etc is top notch. Blade came very sharp from factory. Handle is different but I like the hold with the heel of hand and thumb. This is my first "hundred dollar" folder and I am pleased with purchase.

Another, lower priced ZT winner.

I've been consistently impressed with KAI/Kershaw's ZT brand since I purchased their now out-of-production 0500 MUDD folding knife several years back. I believe their manufacturing standards are one of the highest among the major USA manufacturers. ZT has officially replaced Benchmade as my "brand", for the durability, & overall value of their products. They offer fewer products, in general, than many competitors, & maybe less stylistic variation...but for a primary knife for overall utility, & backup defensive capabilities (in trained hands), you cannot go wrong. This knife in particular isn't going to be for everybody...but it carries the same ZT quality as all the others. Lockup & liner thickness is superb, assisted opening snappy, & the blade seems to be a very wise cross between tool & weapon. It is one of the smaller, more eye catching models offered by ZT. My favorite Zero Tolerance knife is the original 0200 folder, for its beefiness & overall quality-to-price ratio, but this is a very nice addition to the collection @ a very fair price.

0750 Excellent Knife. WOW!!

This knife will cut and then ask for seconds with a smile. The balance and feel in your hand makes it seem like a $200-300 knife. I have purchased some very expensive knives and some of them don't feel nearly as good as this knife; they are pretty to look at but not very functional or user friendly. I own (5) ZT knives and I never have been disappointed with the feel, craftsmenship, materials, cutting ability. or overall design. You cannot go wrong with this knife. I was going to give this knife to my son....fat chance. He can buy his own 0750 ZT......this one is ALL mine. Another reviewer said he thought the handle was a little (wide)large but I really was thinking it was slim, lean, and fit compared to the many other folding and fix blade knives that I own?? Bottom Line. Great Knife, Great Price, Great Company, from a great knife store. Enjoy

New EDC

I had a sizable list of potential knives I was considering for a new EDC knife (every day carry). Zero Tolerance is in my top 5 favorite knife manufacturers, and I wasn't considering purchasing an overly expensive, high-end folder. Although I found the 0750 to be a bit obscure looking, I went for it. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It has fast blade deployment, a strong and functional pocket clip, and is made in USA of quality materials. I'll be happy to expand my collection with more ZT knives in the future.

Great Product

This is a great knife with a very useful blade shape and a solid lockup. Overall fit and finish were superb besides the blade centering being slightly off, nothing to worry about though. And the handle is surprisingly comfortable even for reverse grip.

BeautifulKnife

Uses: EVERYTHING. Whats Great: blade looks sick, yet sleek & suave. Perfect edge geometry to a perfect pointypoint. It's hard to beat S30V. Sharp enough out-of-the-box and is HOLDING the edge like a champ. Assisted open Functions great With the blade flipper, but Takes a little practice positioning your thumb using the studs. ( But of course that's reason to play with it more often; practice ; ) Great handle, G10, hard to beat. The only CON:( pocket clip way too tight...(as in most knives these days! ). KnifeCenter is the BEST.

Cons: Handle Feel
This knife is the most costly venture I've made into the carrying knife category. Problem is, I don't carry it. Its a bit wide handled for my liking in my pocket. But that being said it is an outstanding knife with a superb edge. A very well built, strong knife, perfect for defense purpose, emergency cutting, or opening an Amazon box that you can't wait to get home for. I carry this knife stuck in the visor in my car for SHTF moments or, as mentioned above, car parts that I want to see before leaving the post office. Also the thumb stud is useless on this blade because of the width of the handle, but it has a handy push down leverage opening on the back side to make up for it. I recommend this knife if you are looking for a sturdy all purpose knife but still have a slim knife well suited for pocket EDC.

good knife good knife store

I bought this knife and it is very nice, the steel is awesome, but does kershaw know what the are doing with this steel, after whittling and some light use the edge started to roll (bur). This knife has amazing jimping on the index lever. The thumb studs are small and seem kind of useless. wicked design.
