Acta Non Verba M25 FAQ

Developed in collaboration with the Czech military's 25th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment, the Acta Non Verba M25 is a purpose-built survival and utility fixed blade engineered for rugged field use.

What steel is used on the Acta Non Verba M25?
The Acta Non Verba M25 features an elliptical drop point blade crafted from Sleipner tool steel with a black DLC finish. Sleipner is known for excellent wear resistance, high toughness, and reliable edge retention, making it well suited for outdoor and survival applications.
What is the purpose of the markings on the blade spine?
The notches on the spine of the M25 are measurement markings calibrated to read distances on standard military paper maps. Added in collaboration with the 25th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment, this feature provides practical navigation utility directly on the knife.
What tasks is the ANV M25 best suited for?
The M25 is built as a general utility and outdoor survival knife rather than a dedicated combat blade. Its 4.3-inch blade, elliptical profile, and high flat grind make it ideal for bushcraft, emergency camp chores, hunting tasks, and all-around field cutting.
What carry options come with the M25 sheath?
The M25 includes a heavy-duty Kydex sheath equipped with two MOLLE-compatible straps that also mount securely to a standard belt. The sheath hole spacing is also compatible with aftermarket hardware like a Tek-Lok for versatile mounting options.
How is the handle on the ANV M25 built?
The handle uses anatomically sculpted black Micarta scales with CNC milling for a secure, comfortable grip. The full tang sits slightly proud of the scales with crowned edges to eliminate hot spots, terminating in an exposed pommel that doubles as a pry tip.
