The GiantMouse ACE Jagt series features premium powder metallurgy steels, offering either CPM-MagnaCut or Uddeholm Elmax depending on the specific model. Variants made with CPM-MagnaCut steel offer high toughness and superior corrosion resistance. The Elmax models deliver balanced edge retention and wear resistance across satin, stonewashed, and black PVD finishes.

The ACE Jagt features a 3.27-inch drop point blade shaped with classic Nessmuk and bull-nosed skinner lines. The pronounced curved belly gives you ample slicing edge for camp chores, food preparation, and game dressing. A crowned spine and sturdy tip make this modified drop point blade profile comfortable to control when choking up for precision work.

The ACE Jagt opens using an integrated flipper tab that rides on smooth ball-bearing pivot washers, and it can also be reverse-flicked with your middle finger. When opened, an inset liner lock provides dependable blade lockup while keeping the handle sleek and comfortable in hand.

The GiantMouse ACE Jagt comes with handle options in burlap Micarta, denim Micarta, or high-visibility orange G10. Every version includes a contoured handle design, a dedicated backspacer, and a reversible deep-carry wire pocket clip set up for ambidextrous tip-up carry.

The ACE Jagt is manufactured in Maniago, Italy, and its name is the Danish word for hunting. The design pays homage to the Scandinavian outdoor background of GiantMouse designers Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes, paired with the precision production standards of Italy's famous cutlery capital.
