GiantMouse GMF1 XL Fixed Blades

The GiantMouse GMF1-XL is offered in Bohler N690 stainless steel with green canvas Micarta handles, as well as premium Elmax steel paired with solid brass handles. Both versions feature a 3.38-inch satin-finished sheepsfoot blade with an Italian-crafted crowned spine. This lineup gives buyers a choice between lightweight Micarta or the substantial heft and patina potential of brass.

The GMF1-XL is optimized for everyday utility cutting, workshop chores, and light outdoor food preparation. The modified sheepsfoot profile provides enough belly to slice cleanly on a cutting board like a compact santoku knife, while the sturdy point and straight edge sections provide excellent control for breaking down cardboard and opening packages.

The handle provides a compact three-finger grip for most hand sizes, prioritizing easy carry over full-sized handle volume. GiantMouse incorporates a large forward finger cutout just ahead of the scales, which allows your index finger to lock into place comfortably for a controlled choke-up or pinch grip.

The GMF1-XL offers a larger overall profile than the original sub-compact GMF1, stepping up to a 3.38-inch blade and adding factory handle scales. While the standard GMF1 is a minimalist skeletonized knife, the XL variant provides more cutting leverage, better hand comfort, and increased blade length for demanding tasks.

Each GMF1-XL comes standard with a fitted leather sheath featuring a belt loop and a retention snap. For users who prefer a rigid, modern carry option for bags or belt clips, custom-molded Kydex sheaths are also available separately.
