Halfbreed Blades CQB Talon Karambit

The CQB Talon Karambit was designed in collaboration with martial artist and tactical instructor Jared Wihongi. Built as part of the Halfbreed Blades lineup, the design focuses on reliable blade control and weapon retention in close-quarters situations.

The CQB Talon features a 3.5-inch hawkbill blade made from K340 steel with a robust 6 mm (0.23-inch) blade thickness. This substantial stock thickness provides exceptional strength and rigidity across the entire length of the knife.

The CQB Talon series offers both standard plain edge and aggressively serrated blade variants paired with milled G10 handles. On serrated models, the serrations run through the primary curve of the hawkbill profile while leaving the final half-inch near the tip as a plain edge for piercing tasks. Handle colors include Black, Dark Earth, and Ranger Green.

The CQB Talon is optimized specifically for an inverted (reverse) grip. While the handle can accommodate a forward grip, the handle geometry and integrated finger ring deliver maximum security and leverage when held in the inverted tactical position dictated by martial arts training.

Every CQB Talon comes with a molded Kydex sheath and multiple belt attachment options in the box. Halfbreed Blades includes both a DOTS-style clip with a quick-detach J-hook as well as a locking multi-position clip so users can choose their preferred carry method.
