Kansept Knives Kratos Flipper

The Kansept Kratos is available with either CPM-S35VN stainless steel or patterned Damascus steel depending on the variant. CPM-S35VN delivers dependable edge retention, high toughness, and easy maintenance for routine utility tasks, while Damascus models offer distinct visual appeal alongside capable cutting performance.

The Kratos features a 3.79-inch clip point blade that incorporates compound bevels reminiscent of a tanto blade shape. Two different flat grind angles converge along the primary edge, creating a reinforced tip for piercing alongside a broad belly for smooth slicing.

The Kratos was designed by Polish custom knife maker Ostap Hel. His signature design language is evident in the knife's sleek, angular geometry, ergonomic contours, and balanced proportions on an overbuilt folding platform.

The Kansept Kratos utilizes an integral titanium frame lock to hold the blade firmly open during heavy use. The handle inlays on the lock side also serve as an over-travel stop, protecting the lock bar from bending outward when disengaging the blade.

Every model in the Kratos series is constructed with a titanium frame featuring inlays on both the front and back scales. Inlay choices include canvas Micarta, carbon fiber with copper accents, solid red copper, and heat-colored Timascus.

The Kratos deploys via an integrated index flipper tab riding on smooth ceramic ball bearings. This configuration ensures consistent, low-effort flipping action for the large blade, while a milled titanium pocket clip provides stable everyday carry.
