Remette RT-Meteor Front Flippers

The RT-Meteor features a button-actuated liner lock equipped with a secondary slide safety. Depressing the handle button flexes the internal liner to release the blade without putting fingers in the blade path, though the liner can also be operated manually. Sliding the secondary safety forward physically blocks the button to prevent accidental disengagement during heavy cutting tasks.

The Remette RT-Meteor is built with an M390 stainless steel spear point blade. The blade features a compound grind, utilizing a hollow grind on the main cutting bevel for thin slicing geometry and a flat ground upper swedge for tip strength.

Every model in the RT-Meteor lineup is built with solid titanium handles complemented by decorative inlays. Available inlay choices include marbled carbon fiber, copper foil carbon fiber, silver twill, and colored carbon fiber options paired with various handle anodizations.

The blade can be deployed smoothly using the low-profile front flipper or swung open with a wrist flick while pressing the lock button. To close the knife, pressing the release button drops the blade freely without placing fingers in the cutting path, or you can disengage the liner lock tab directly.
