The Validus series provides dual deployment methods, featuring both a flipper tab and uniquely shaped thumb studs. The pivot rides on ball bearings, allowing for fast, smooth manual action regardless of which opening method you prefer.

Each Validus folder features a 3.8-inch blade utilizing a 2/3 height flat grind. This grind ensures excellent slicing geometry without compromising the strength of the spine. The blade profile presents a hybrid style, combining aspects of a modified tanto and a clip point for versatile cutting performance. The handles are constructed with slightly contoured Micarta or G10 scales over a reliable steel liner lock. The generous handle length accommodates larger hands comfortably, while a milled pocket clip offers secure carry without causing uncomfortable hot spots. Additionally, a functional glass breaker is integrated into the back of the handle handle for emergency utility.

The Validus series is available in several configurations, including satin or black PVD blade finishes and plain or partially serrated edges. Handle options vary by model, allowing you to choose between durable G10 or textured canvas Micarta scales in colors like black and olive green.
