The SRM 702T features a Scandi-ground drop point blade made from 14C28N stainless steel. This tough steel is highly suited for a Scandi grind, which has a more acute edge angle than standard grinds and requires extra toughness to support the thin apex.

Thanks to its relatively thin blade stock of approximately 0.12 inches, the SRM 702T slices much better than thicker Scandi-ground knives.
