IMPRESSIVE KNIFE
This knife is very impressive from the blade to the handle. It feels great in the hand and cuts like a razor. I’m a big fan of the original liner lock it’s what I’m used to and I’ve been using them for years. The lock up is very solid and there is no movement in the perfectly centered blade. It’s a very large knife coming in at a total length of about nine inches the weight is. 5.93 ounces but it doesn’t feel very heavy in hand. The grip is very comfortable with no hotspots. All and all im very satisfied with this purchase.

Very cool beefy knife that deserves upgrades
I bought this knife in May 2023 to add to my collection. While this knife is impressively large, the handle is elegant and uniquely shaped and its cuts great I don't love it and the reason is the conventional liner lock. Since 2023 there's been a lot of upgrades in locks, including the top liner lock (on the Vosteed and Tenables) and the freeing of the patent on the axis/crossbar lock from Benchmade, which this model should upgrade to. This beefy blade has everything going for it but the lock, which doesn't make me feel safe using this knife because I don't trust conventional liner locks paired with such a large blade. Again, everything is top notch on this blade but the liner lock. It would also be nice to upgrade the steel. The micarta against the blade blade makes this knife exceptionally attractive.
