Over all Good, but needs improvement
So i was looking for a letter opener that was both functional and looked awesome. This definitely looks the part, but i can't say I was that impressed with its functionality. Don't get me wrong, it will certainly open an envelope, but for me, the handle was a bit too short. I wanted to be able to grip it with my full hand, not just 2-3 fingers. Additionally the "blade" could be better. Not only is it too flexible/bendy, it isn't smooth. There are bubbles in the blade from when it was either poured into the mold, or how ever it was fashioned. I'm worried if i tried to smooth those bubbles out i will ruin the finish. It needed to be a bit thicker at the base and maybe 3-4 inches longer. One swipe with it only opens a standard sized envelope about 3/4's of the way.
