CAS Iberia APOC Survival Tools Breeden Derecho Sword 18.25" 1075 Carbon Two-Tone Blade, Black Canvas Micarta Handles with Red G10 Liners. Fiberglass Scabbard - SP41040
Description
CISP41040: Breeden Derecho Sword
APOC Survival Tools
The APOC Breeden Derecho, a unique design by Jason Breeden, blurs the line between a survival machete and a sword. It’s engineered for maximum versatility and power in the wilderness.
This formidable tool features an 18.25" blade with a two-tone finish on tough 1075 carbon steel. With a robust 0.217" thick full-tang construction, the Derecho is built for heavy-duty cutting, slicing, hacking, and chopping. Despite its power, it weighs just around two pounds, allowing for both single and two-handed use without quickly fatiguing the user. Its unique, reinforced tip construction provides exceptional power for thrusting into thick targets.
The handle ensures superior comfort and grip, utilizing pierced black canvas Micarta scales over striking red G10 liners. This design draws inspiration from the geometry of the Japanese katana handle, giving it a secure, aggressive feel. The Derecho is ready for the field with a Molle-compatible Kydex locket platform and a durable fiberglass shaft scabbard for secure carry.
