The Pyrite uses a combination of its button lock mechanism with ceramic ball bearings in the pivot to make this knife quick to deploy and always ready in hand. The smooth action allows the blade to be flicked open with one hand with a press of the button lock or a flick of the thumb studs. This knife can easily double as a fidget toy with how fun it is to use. The blade is made from AR-RPM9, a proprietary steel that compares to D2 steel with an advantage in corrosion resistance. The handles are comfortable to hold and fit well in the hand thanks to its gentle curve and bevel designed to accommodate the index finger. This version of the Pyrite comes with a sand-polished blade, an ebony wood handle with steel bolsters, and a pocket clip that allows it to be discreetly carried with you wherever you may go.

adorable bowie
I find this mid-sized pocketknife well built, comfortable to hold and carry, and quick to snap into action. Fit and finish is topnotch. Definitely fidgety fun; appreciate and enjoy the button lock. Have experienced no problems or hangups during deployment and light use. Love the bowie blade. It's well designed and looks great. Main reason I bought the knife: that and the button lock. Like the jimping on the back. Dynamite price for such a beauty of a knife

Great Knife
I can’t find much wrong with this knife. It’s beautiful for one. The fit and finish are perfect. The action is great and it’s comfortable in hand. Very fidgety and very sharp. Love the dual opening option. Opens nicely with a finger flick. Only thing is the button lock is a little sticky. I’m sure it’ll break in fine. This is a great knife for the money. Well made.
