4.75/5, for minor imperfections, and still worth every nickel. Thrilled to see the Hogue-made in America, Ken Onion Redemption by CRKT in a compact & blacked out edition! I specifically purchased this to be a desk knife/gentleman's folder and for me, this knife fills a void. Materials are great and I appreciate the weight of the stainless steel bolsters and liners. Hard to go wrong w/ G-10 for the scales, and no complaints on the Magnacut blade stock. To me, the spear point as they call it, has more of a single edge dagger profile which I like. The overall profile is sleek and only slightly asymmetrical. Yes, I miss thumb studs/holes for opening, but the open/close action does not disappoint. Crossbar lock seems stout enough for my lightweight use. My whining is related to an inconsistent finish on the liners (minor & not a deal-breaker), semi-sharp points on the facets (soft hands), and an odd serial# w/ the trademarks (minimal billboards preferred). Still very satisfied w/ the purchase, & of course KnifeCenter had it shipped out in a jiffy. Great presentation by CRKT as well. Coin well spent.
