great product
These are perfect for a day pack or small carrier. I keep mine in a small kit with a white stone for polishing the edge and a piece of drawer liner.I've used them to resharpen a few pocket knives while I was out and about. While they'll work for larger knives, I'd use bigger stones at home. These are a heck of a lot easier to carry on a campout or hike than the other kits I have. Even my 'portable' kit is quite a bit bigger and heavier. I like having the ultrafine stone to use before polishing.
