My 6th fox karambit
I like this model, but to make it better an sturdier, you should take it apart....the bend the lock up rod bar just a little and the strenth of the lockup will incress.

Pros: Ease of Opening, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Lock Type
Almost.
I'm going to start with the good. Out of the box the knife was very sharp. Everything was tight and well finished. The knife fit my hand very well and the handle shape handles well and indexes for it's intended purpose exactly how I would like it to. As far as first impressions, everything was right. The wave feature is extremely functional and makes it easy to transition from using the knife as a less lethal option to a lethal option.BUT, and this is a big BUT, the lock fails to secure the blade at even the lightest of wacks on the spine. This knife cannot be used as anything other than a cool box opener or simply as an edged fidget spinner. In the manner that a karambit is used, this lock would fail and cause the blade to close on your fingers with a substantial amount of force and render your strong hand completely useless. The blade is also of extremely thin stock, and after dropping the knife once on a laminate floor, the tip chipped somewhat. These failures are unfortunate as I really like the feel of this karambit. I will be sticking to fixed blades as a carry option.
