Fox Knives

The Arditi by Fox Knives was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Italian Special Forces in 2017. This commemorative knife is a modernized version of the original dagger that was supplied to that unit. It may be a collectible, but it is fully capable of being used as designed.

This traditional iteration of the Arditi features a double-edged N690 blade that is nearly seven inches long.

The grooved handle scales are constructed from ziricote heartwood, featuring a rich brown tone laced with black veins. Indigenous to Central America, this material is extremely strong when dried and seasoned properly.

A black leather sheath completes the package and complements the knife perfectly. The Arditi comes with a collectors case for storage or display.

N690

The cobalt-alloyed N690 by Böhler (not to be confused with the lower-grade N695) is a very reliable upper middle-grade steel Fox uses for a wide variety of projects. The fine-grained N690, which ranks above 440C, offers convincing performance data in all areas. It is often sold as N690Co – the "Co" stands for cobalt and describes the exact same steel.
