The Fred Perrin La Griffe friction folding neck knife is roughly the same size and design as the classic Emerson La Griffe but transformed into a folding knife. The neck knife features a 440C stainless steel blade with a stonewashed finish - for both great looks and to hide wear and blade scratches - and sleek black G10 handles, featuring a bronze anodized finger ring. It's a lightweight, but strong design with a double-ground tanto blade for easier resharpening. The blade does not lock, however the tab on the tang of the blade is secured by the users thumb to provide a solid lockup, and it's got an index finger hole for a super secure grip. Weighing in at 4.8 ounces with the sheath, this is one fantastic neck knife/friction folder.
