HBKTWI02BLK: TWI-02 Tactical Pen - Black

Halfbreed Blades

The Hardcore Hardware Australia TWI-02 features a recessed crown for positive thumb control with an integrated steel pocket clip. At the opposing end, they have incorporated a 46-48 HRC steel 'ball' tip for emergency glass break applications. The entire shaft of the pen is constructed from 6000 series, non-reflective black anodized aluminum for extreme longevity and wearability.

The TWI-02 includes an O-ring seal making it completely waterproof when the cap is screwed down over the writing tip; the opposing end has a 'click on' feature for the cap. Knurling at key points along the pen aids a positive grip. When it comes time to replace the refill the TWI-01C will accept standard Parker and Fisher Space Pen refills, we have found these refills to offer superior performance.

A piece of crap
Recerived this pen in the mail yesterday 11/30/23. The first thing I do when receiving a new pen is take it apart to see how refills are installed. The front section of this pen would not unscrew to allow cartridge replacement. I tried bare handed, using those rubber kitchen bottle openers and finally pliers. All I got was damage to the knurling on the front section. Not willing to give up I put it in a vice and applied channel locks. The aluminum collar of the front section broke and would still not unscrew. You can clearly see the threaded section in the body, but it would not budge even with force applied. A total waste of $50.

A Great Writing Instrument
Everything that Halfbreed puts out is of high quality. The TWI-02 Tactical pen is no exception. I will use this every day , as I am a business executive and am always on the hunt for a great pen. Feels great in hand and the weight is not an issue at all. I was very excited when I received mine and will enjoy it. Thank you Halfbreed and Knife center

Big and heavy solid! No doubt will break a car windshields. Writes well and came with extra refill. Would recommend for everyday carry but very big! Thanks Knife Center Ray B
