The Kobold is an extremely versatile design primed for use right out of the box. It features a wide Bowie blade with a jimped thumb ramp and a nice finger guard, letting you get right up on the blade edge. Its wide design makes for effortless slicing, while a fuller with machined holes all the way through reduces weight and drag while puncturing. The glow carbon fiber handle is tapered toward the butt end for a comfortable hold in a number of grips and easy indexing. Its piped construction allows for lashing the knife to a pole, but not for removal, and the knife includes a high-quality leather belt sheath that supports ambidextrous carry. This knife shines under hard-use scenarios and is able to be your one-and-only, go-to fixed blade in the field.
