The Tandem by Maniago is a new table accessory that Maserin has designed and developed in a collaboration with an important company in the food sector. To cut, slice, and grind perfectly. Maserin has researched a tool that combines the main function of cutting with the advantages of ergonomics. The result is a professional tool that is easy to clean, easy to sharpen, very solid, and ideal for massive use.

Maserin began production in 1960. They have kept the tradition of artisan blacksmiths that gave Maniago, Italy its name as "city of knives". Through its constant growth, Maserin has been able to maintain the prestige of the classic knives made in Maniago unchanged.

Best pizza cutter EVER!!!!
I should've bought this years ago. I saw a chef using a "rocker knife" on a food channel show, so I decided to get one. After looking for a while I found the Maserin 2200/34PM Tandem Kitchen Cutter and was immediately drawn to it. Having been a Walmart type pizza roller guy for so long I almost found it impossible to spend a hundred dollars on a pizza cutter!! But boy am I glad I did!!! The quality of this tool is AMAZING!!! The ease of the cut is something to behold. So sharp and ergonomic that it is actually fun to cut the pizza. Regardless of crust type or shape it does it with such effortless tack it is truly impressive. The clean up is a breeze with the micarta handle and DLC coated blade. Just a little dish soap and water, towel dry and back in the drawer for the next weeks pizza party!!! I love this blade!!!!
