Mercer has taken performance to a new level with their complete BPX line of butcher knives. Each knife in the series has been designed to take the punishment butchers dish out while still delivering sharp and precise cuts after each use.
The Granton Edge Butcher Knife features a 8" blade made from high-carbon German steel and features a textured ergonomic GRN (Glass-Reinforced Nylon) handle for great grip and durability.
