Handle Disingrates After a Few Years
We purchased three of these paring knives for our use and also purchased two to give away at Christmas. The knives function great and could be sharpened easily. After about three years, the handles became soft and would turn our hands black during use if there was moisture on our hands. I could begin to easily dig my finger nails into the handle material. So after only three years or so, I had to throw these knives out. I expect a paring knife handle to last a lot longer than that. I would not recommend this knife with so many others available.
