Pros: Overall Quality, Construction

Kitchen Multitool

I'll admit that I didn't need this: my knife block has standard sized chef's knives. At this point, I'll use it whenever I can: quarter squash, scoop up fine diced veg, and even break down chickens. Wouldn't risk it on beef or anything more substantial, but it's so convenient. The handle is thick, but it stays grippy even if it gets wet. Sharpens up nicely, but it's not a premium steel. Blade guard is required, but easy enough to find.

Great value chinese cleaver

Good edge. Good grip for large hands can't say how it is for othera. Large enough to be efficient without feeling too big. I would buy again.Have not sharpened it yet, so I can't say how it is to work on.
