Deryk DC Munroe is the main source of engineering and labor for MunroeKnives. A lifelong fascination with weaponry led him to create his first knife in 1984. He followed a somewhat convoluted path to becoming a full-time knifemaker in 1997. He has explored and evolved the various aspects of the craft which has driven him ever since. His style is unique and the quality of his folders is simply superb. So, it was an obvious choice for Tony to work with Deryk on this second Munroe/Marfione collaboration knife, the Cypher.

The Microtech Cypher sees the return of a fan favorite OTF with cutting-edge advancements on the original design. The classic Cypher has been re-engineered inside and out, setting a new standard for out-the-front technology.
