Pros: Weight, Ease of Opening
Cons: Weight, Handle Feel, Pocket Clip
Underwhelming
This knife and knife design date back to 1896 and creates a low cost pocket knife without bells and whistles. You won't find cradled ball bearings here, in fact washers are a option. The handle consists of a single piece of sheet metal, folded over with a pivot hole drilled in the hold the blade. The blade doesn't have a lock, but it's very design makes your hand hold the blade opened. For a inexpensive knife, it is quite well designed. It is a light weight knife and serves well for light uses.

Tanto Higonokami
I waited way too long to try this classic Japanese folder. I have not carried another folder since I got this folder. It's perfect for EDC; strong, simple, light in weight and the blade is very sharp. The tang lets one use the knife safely in various grips. An overall fantastic design. I just drop mine in my pocket but I might try a nylon belt pouch. I don't even miss the pocket clip on this one.Try one.
